After struggling with my postpartum body and maintaining my fitness during quarantine, I signed up for Individual Programming with Tracy. In less than three months, I'm down 27 pounds (and counting), and my strength, endurance, and confidence are through the roof! I suffered from serious Diastasis Recti after having my daughter, and now, my core is the strongest it has ever been. Since Tracy is well-versed in my trouble areas and past injuries and ailments, I am able to move pain-free, which is a huge change from suffering through nagging sciatica and a fussy rhomboid.
It feels like every day I'm able to do something that I could never do before. Tracy really takes the time to get to know me, my preferences, my goals, and my limitations and strengths and develops workouts that are not only amazing and making me stronger and fitter every day, but they're also FUN. It's very obvious during a workout that this program was made for ME. I love being able to reach out to Tracy and she's always answering my questions, and monitoring my progress.

Tracy has been programming my workouts specific to my needs with the equipment I have at my house. She has asked me so many questions and takes my feedback after EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT and tailors the next one based off of how I felt and where my weaknesses are.

I have lost a ton of core strength after taking close to an entire year out of the gym because of having a baby and moving across the country. I have more strength on one side of my body and she is helping me even that out!

Tracy is so darn talented. AND she creates my workouts to fit MY needs as a mom home by myself with two toddlers.. workouts that are fast but efficient so I can knock them out when I have a small window of time.

I cant say enough good things about Tracy as a coach. She is always on her A game when it comes to coaching. She pays close attention to your movements and their quality.
She is always learning to be better so she can instruct you through a workout pain-free.

Being a pharmacist for over 15 years, I had started having so many aches and pains due to standing on my feet anywhere from 8 to 12 hours a day. I was having issues with plantar fasciitis, knee, back (sciatic nerve pain), and hip pain.

I had been attending group classes at Hyperformance Athletics and working with Tracy as my primary coach for about a year and I was seeing some progress, but it was a slow process. And then Covid found its way to the United States, which forced the gym to close for a short period of time. I reached out to Tracy and without even hesitating, she suggested that I start remote programming with her where she could individualize my workouts specifically to my needs using the equipment that I had available at home.
After working with her for about a month, I couldn’t believe the difference in all my aches and pains and how I was getting through an entire shift at work pain-free. Not only am I pain-free when I get home from work, but I am also so much stronger than I was 5 months ago. I am able to do strength training exercises I never thought I would be able to do.
Tracy listens to my needs and my goals and programs my workouts daily according to what I communicated with her the day before. She is great at what she does and has an abundance of knowledge that amazes me when it comes to the skeletal system of the human body. Her passion shows every day. I am not only stronger physically but mentally because of all the confidence she has helped me build during this process.
I am about to complete my 100th remote training session with Tracy and I look forward to the next 100. No matter what your goals may be, Tracy is your coach! She cares, she is passionate, and she knows what she is doing!

I met Tracy back in 2016 when I started going to a local CrossFit gym with my sister and her husband. I remember how initially terrified I was to join because I was so extremely out of shape and scared of judgement. Tracy was able to calm my fears from day 1 and has been an amazing support since.
Though I quit going to that gym, through the COVID pandemic, I saw her accessibility expand to online clients. Seeing her strong social media presence led me to contact her again and we were able to discuss what I wanted and needed out of her programming and what we felt would work best.
Tracy's workouts are tailored to my needs and she can work with whatever equipment I have whether its barbells and weights or just bodyweight. Her workouts leave you feeling like you just accomplished something big.
Outside of that, her support is unlike anywhere I've been. She understands life happens but she's also there to give you the exact push you need. She's precise, extremely informed, and above all, she truly cares about her clients.
