Happy February, Goal Crushers! Ah, February, the month of love. But why? Why do we have Valentine's Day, just 1 DAY out of the month to express love or kindness to someone? We should be doing that EVERY DAY.
This month's focus from our pyramid is WORDS. With February being the month of love, now is the time to use those loving and positive words in our everyday lives. Change the words "I will" into "I am." Change "Ugh, I hate waking up early" to "Let's crush the day!" Start saying phrases in a positive, present-tense way. Switching ""I'll start later/tomorrow" into "Today is the day." Rephrasing one thing can completely change the entire meaning and intention. Remember why you started and keep reaching for that WHY. And ALWAYS give yourself credit for how far you've come. You've GOT this. -Tracy

Goal Crusher Spotlight: Hannah G!
Being a parent is A LOT of work. And having to do it while your spouse is away is even harder! Hannah has been making time for herself while she takes care of her toddler and while her husband is away for work. It can be so hard to find that time in between work, cooking, and making sure your tiny human is happy. Hannah has been holding herself accountable by setting time aside for just her.
