Yay for Spring! The weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming, and a good dose of Vitamin D is EXACTLY what we all need! This month, our focus is HABITS.
A habit is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up. Think about brushing your teeth: Most of us don't give it a second thought, right? It's just something we do on a regular basis that is part of our everyday lives. Now that we've been working on positive thoughts, words, and actions for a few months, things should be flowing a little more effortlessly. Keep fighting to stay positive. Let it continue to radiate off of you because THAT habit looks great on you! -Tracy
Goal Crusher Spotlight: Cori S!
This woman will literally give you the shirt off her back. Cori has been a sweet, dear friend of mine for at least 6 years and she is a freaking FIGHTER! She started with Boot Camp and there was no turning back for her. She runs a business, handles having a son in college, and helps out any friend in need. Oh, and she STILL manages to take time for her and get her workouts in! I hope she knows how truly amazing she is because I sure do!
