Heavy Weights

Virtual Gym

A general program built to keep you in shape and on track.  Workouts are designed with flexibility in mind and can be performed in the gym, at home, or on the go.

​

I post your workouts, you do complete them at your convenience.  Simple and effective.

​

Virtual Gym members enjoy remote access to their daily workouts as well as 2 FREE one-on-one consultations with me per year.

Individualized Programming

A fully customized program with YOU in mind.  I meet you at your fitness level. Workouts are designed based on your needs, preferences, limitations, strengths, and available space and equipment.  You and I will work together to get you to your goals. 

 

This service also includes those seeking Masters Athlete Programming (ages 35-80), as well as Movement-Specific programming where we focus on one specific skill. 

Personal Training

(In-Person & Remote)

Sometimes you need that one-on-one interaction to get you one step closer to your goals.  I will work with clients in-person or remotely on their individualized, movement-specific, or post-injury/back-to-sport program.  Virtual Gym clients may add personal training services to their membership. During our training session, I will assist you with your routine accordingly, based on your unique movement pattern.

Movement Assessments

Everyone moves differently and requires different progressions within their fitness program.

Reaching your fitness goals starts with moving safely and effectively.

​

This upper and lower body assessment provides insight into how your body moves and how I can best work with you to improve your mobility and flexibility so as to avoid injury and maximize results.

Post-Injury Design & Rehabilitation Programming

Coming back from an injury is a process.  Surgery recovery can seem like an uphill climb.  Sports injuries can leave athletes itching to get back into the game as soon as possible. 

 

Injury does not need to hinder your progress.  With Post-Injury Design, I work with you to provide a step-by step-process that guides you back to where you were prior to injury/surgery, so you can get back to your life.
